My Journey To The Master’s Plan

by Mary Ann Wray Writing a book and seeing it published is a dream of many people from all walks of life. However, as with any dream, there is a certain space of time, and much effort involved before it comes to fruition. For the Child of God, cooperation with the Holy Spirit is also required in order to see your “God” dreams begin to manifest. As long as I can remember, I dreamed of writing but didn’t know where or how to begin. You see, growing up I had many learning disabilities; especially in memory, reading and math....

What Does The Kingdom Look Like In The Marketplace Part 2

WHAT DOES THE KINGDOM LOOK LIKE IN THE MARKETPLACE? 7 Key Steps You Can Take To Immediately Start Bringing The Kingdom To Your Place of Business Part 2 of 7 By: Cyndi Houser The first step in bringing the Kingdom to Your marketplace is to: Know what the Bible says about Heaven and the Kingdom and align your thoughts accordingly. The next is to: Invite the Holy Spirit into your business. I believe there is a difference between being a Christian in business and being a “Christian business”. And I believe there is even another level of being a “Kingdom business”. One where daily you commit the path of your business to the Holy Spirit and His plan for it. One where you want not only to see God’s Kingdom come, but also to be a part of it; to work in concert with God to bring His Kingdom to earth. When my husband and I first began our business I knew that I wanted God to be a part of our business, but I was timid about what would be acceptable. Our business was, after all, in the marketplace. Surrounded by a multitude of businesses; those owned by fellow Christians and those that were…well, not. Over and over again I heard things like, “It’s not personal; it’s just business.” and, “Business and personal don’t mix, right?”. Rather than...

Religious Freedom In America Under Attack

By: Mike Morisi There is a concerted effort to remove God from our culture, and negate the influence that the Christian faith had on establishing the principles upon which our liberties are secured. As much as these anti-God groups would like us to believe otherwise, America was founded on Judeo-Christian values and our freedom and rights were granted by our Creator. This is indisputable, but for those who need a reminder, let’s go back in time…. Many would like us to believe we were never considered a Christian nation. If you are confused about that, look back to the very first act of the first Congress established in the United States which was to bring in a Minister to lead Congress in prayer after which he read four chapters from the Bible. A few years later when we unanimously declared our independence, we made it clear that our rights were given to us by our Creator. When the Constitution was signed, the signers punctuated it by saying “In the year of our Lord 1787”. One hundred years later in the Supreme Court case Unity Church versus the United States, the Supreme Court indicated after recounting the long history of faith in this country that we were in fact a Christian nation. Presidents George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, William McKinley, Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover, Franklin...

God Sees Something In You

by Lance Wallnau Paul said, “Christ in you” is “the hope of glory” (Colossians 2:2). This truth means more than “Christ in you is the hope of going to heaven.” It means that the Christ who died FOR you is the Christ who died AS you so that when He died – you died. There is a “glory” in you that you may be missing. Your old man is dead and buried but you have a “new” man inside. In your spirit. Your born-again spirit has the nature of Christ – the very glory of God is woven into your new nature. Believers are “partakers of the divine nature.” As a born again Christian, the “inside you” is different than you think you are. David saw it when he said – “The king’s daughter is all glorious within” (Psalms 45:13). When we judge ourselves rightly, we are agreeing with what God says. He says that the OLD you is dead and buried. He says that in Christ you ARE a “new” creature. Not in some abstract way, but in a literal way – your spirit man is remade by the breath of God into a divine substance. You are “born from above” in your spirit. Your mind, memory, thinking, feelings, habits may still be in the PROCESS of renewal BUT God sees who you really are. You recognize the...

How To Be A Wonder Working Warrior

by Jean L Metcalf We live in an amazing period of history! Times have changed. Life is definitely not like it use to be! Today, more than ever, we must put on the full armor of God daily, know what weapons we have been given and be filled with the Holy Spirit to know how to use them! We must trust in the Lord at all times and not depend on our own perception of things. (Proverbs 3:5,6) We need wisdom, knowledge and understanding to know what to do and when. Proverbs 2:1-5 My son, if you receive my words, and treasure my commands within you so that you incline your ear to WISDOM, and apply your heart to UNDERSTANDING; Yes, if you cry out for discernment and lift up your voice for understanding; if you seek her as silver and search for her as hidden treasures, then you will understand the fear of the LORD, and find the KNOWLEDGE of God. It is my prayer that as you read this article, you will receive with a teachable heart the implanted Word, which is able to save your soul—your mind, will and emotions—from the daily battles we all face. (James 1:21) WHAT IS A WONDER WORKING WARRIOR? Webster’s dictionary says the word warrior means “a person who is engaged in some strong conflict”. First of all, he is a...
